Collaborator List

Create a list of collaborators to evacuate.

You can access the collaborator list directly from your phonebook or management software.

You can add people to the evacuation list in various ways:

  • Phonebook
  • Entry form
  • Integration with management software (only for custom installations)

You can manage a separate list for real events and a list for drills.

Gathering Points

Set the gathering point on the map.

Click on the map to set the gathering point in case of evacuation.

You can create one or more gathering points based on your plan.

  • For each gathering point, you can manage:
    • Name of the gathering point
    • Radius of the gathering point

Gathering points for managers appear in different colors if they have been assigned.

Collaborators are notified of the nearest gathering point with a different color.

Help the collaborators.

You can add a list of instructions to reach the nearest gathering point.

Each gathering point has its own instructions.

Possibility to update directions in case of obstacles even during events.

Registration Methods

Enable the registration methods that best suit your needs.

Choose and enable the registration methods you intend to use in case of evacuation.

Several registration methods are available:

  • Manual: The manager registers the saved person by clicking on the evacuation list.
  • GPS: The collaborator is registered as safe when entering the radius of the gathering point.
  • NFC: The collaborator registers as safe by placing the device on the designated box. (NFC box sold separately).
  • Beacons sold separately. Only with custom installations.
  • Company cards: Only for custom installations.

What types of payment do you accept?

You can pay for the plan in your possession using all major payment methods directly within the application, using your preferred method

What is the difference between the security officer and the security supervisor?

The security officer can manage the evacuation list, but only if they have been assigned to the gathering point.
The security supervisor is able to view the situation at all meeting points.

Can I install the app on my own servers?

Certainly, however installation costs are not included in the plan.
